Our Data Protection Coordinator is the person within Sunrock Hotel & Suites formally appointed by our General Director to promote and safeguard the protection of the personal data we hold, as well as to respond to data subjects’ rights.

- Credit card processors, such as E-global and Prosa, in cases where charge disputes need to be clarified.
- Nearby hotels, to assist in finding alternative accommodation if your reservation cannot be honored due to events beyond our control (only your name will be shared).
- Email service providers, to send you promotional and informational messages.
- Marketing and hotel industry companies, for service promotion.
If you do not express your opposition to these transfers, which you may do by emailing our Corporate Data Protection Officer, we will assume that you have granted your consent.
How can you access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its use?
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal data if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request its deletion when you believe it is being used improperly (Cancellation); or object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition), under applicable legal terms. These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of your ARCO rights, please send your request by email to our Corporate Data Protection Officer, who will provide the procedure and requirements for exercising these rights and address any questions or concerns. You may also exercise these rights by requesting and completing the “ARCO Rights Request” form available at OHC’s front desk. Our Corporate Data Protection Officer will follow up in accordance with applicable laws.
You may revoke the consent you have granted us. However, please note that not all cases allow for immediate revocation, as legal obligations may require us to continue processing your data. For certain services, revoking your consent may mean we can no longer provide the service you requested.
To revoke your consent, send an email request to our Corporate Data Protection Officer, who will explain the process and requirements. You may also request and complete the appropriate revocation form at OHC’s front desk. Our officer will process your request in compliance with applicable laws.
